Industrial engineering is one of the fastest growing and most sought after professions in the world and the complexity of today’s enterprises require effective, efficient and productive operation of the systems.

The Industrial Engineering Programme at Fenerbahçe will equip the students with the knowledge of the fundamentals of the mathematical, physical, and management sciences and the skill and the abilities be able to efficiently design and analyse large systems that serve industry and government both in manufacturing and service.

The programme has adopted an interdisciplinary approach which embraces the system as a whole, rather than focusing on the individual parts that make up the system, and aims to raise industry engineers with the knowledge and skills to analyse, design, optimize and manage databases by using big data with a holistic perspective.

The graduates will be prepared for a professional life in the education, consultancy, transportation, manufacturing, health, banking, IT, retail and energy sectors as Industrial Engineers.

The Industrial Engineering Bachelor Degree Programme Graduates; will have knowledge of the mathematical and natural sciences. They will be equipped with the knowledge and ability to asses and evaluate engineering problems and the skills to integrate science, technology and professional life.

The graduates will have the knowledge and skill to produce theoretical solutions for problems under risk and constraints utilizing industrial engineering methods and tools.

The graduates will have the knowledge and skill to make strategic decisions. They will be able to design, analyse, plan and manage systems towards products, processes, information and technologies. They will be able to follow global trends and changes, and design new systems for new businesses and develop business models.
