Computer Engineering Programme at Fenerbahçe University is designed to conduct education, training and research on computer system structure, development and effective use of methods to equip the graduates with the competencies to understand the impact of engineering solutions in a global, economic, environmental and societal context.

Graduates of the programme will receive the title of “Computer Engineer”. They can work in many sectors like the defence industry, telecommunication, sports informatics, medical and banking.
The Computer Engineering Bachelor Degree Programme Graduates; will have knowledge of mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science, and basic engineering principles.
The graduates will have knowledge of computer and communication engineering concepts and applications and they will be able to create, design and implement technological solutions to challenges with a business vision.
The graduates will have the ability to identify, formulate and solve engineering problems as well as problems in the major sub-disciplines of electrical engineering. They will have ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyse and interpret data.
The graduates will attain an understanding of professional and ethical responsibility and they will have the ability to apply ethical considerations to realistic problems. They will understand and put into practice appropriate safety measures.
The graduates will have the competencies to design a system, component or process to meet desired needs within realistic economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability and sustainability constraints.
