The aim of the program is to train the nurses with a degree of doctor of philosophy that will provide them gain knowledge and skills for conducting research in the field of nursing, and using, implementing and disseminating the study results with a systematic approach for health promotion and quality management in the healthcare systems.

Nurses are required to be able to take contemporary roles and responsibilities after completion of their Doctor of Philosophy dissertation which will be built up to help adopting innovative and new scientific approaches in research
