 Gastronomy and Culinary Arts education is structured to provide qualified workforce in accordance with dynamic and constantly changing conditions, and course curricula are organized according to the needs of the industry and country. Emphasis is placed on the application by using professional educators trained in this field. In addition to the gastronomy culture, our students will be taught different cultures along with the local culture they live in. For this purpose, cooperation was initiated with Italy Pollenzo Gastronomy University and Eataly companies.

Our graduates will take part in new experiences, innovations, and changes as the cultural ambassador of the country with their knowledge and will undertake an important task such as developing and spreading the culture of Gastronomy. Our students will contribute to the development of local and international gastronomy fields in cooperation with the companies with which we have agreements, by conducting research from local culture to global culture. The projects and thesis studies will be published in English and support will be provided to promote our gastronomy culture.
