Gastronomy and culinary arts programme consists of Turkish and international cuisines, pastry and bakery, food culture, food and beverage preparation techniques, food science, nutrition, food safety and hygiene, drinks, service techniques, food and beverage marketing and sales, food styles, menu planning, food and beverage cost calculation. It is a multidisciplinary undergraduate program that includes all kinds of branches related to drinking.

The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program aims to give graduates who are passionate and disciplined in their profession and always open to learning with the theoretical and applied knowledge. In line with this goal, the gastronomy and culinary arts department, which forms the infrastructure, aims to train future chefs who preserve the Turkish cuisine culture. In addition, our students will learn not only the local culture they are in, but also different cultures while learning the culture of Gastronomy. For this purpose, important collaborations are established with international universities and various companies within the Erasmus program.

Our students will contribute to the development of local and international gastronomy fields in cooperation with the companies with which we have agreements, by conducting research from local culture to global culture.
