The Radio, Television and Cinema Programme at Fenerbahçe University will equip the students with theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge with the aim to establish the right balance between theory and practice.
The programme aims to educate professionals who are productive, self-confident and are able to establish and understand the relationship between the artistic, social, economic and political developments and the field of radio, television and cinema.
The Radio, Televisıon and Cinema Bachelor Degree Programme Graduates; will have knowledge of art and culture, human rights, social, professional and ethical values, law and legislation and quality standards.
The graduates will have sufficient knowledge about social sciences, professions and sectors in communication and media.
The graduates will be able to evaluate the concepts and establish connections with different disciplines. They will be able to construct radio, television and cinema texts and use imaging and publishing equipment.
They will have the ability to use the techniques, tools and information technologies necessary for interactive and conventional media and have knowledge of analysis and modelling techniques.
The graduates will have knowledge of the historical development processes as well as the sociological, cultural and aesthetic approaches to digital media and film and the current developments in these fields.
The graduates will be familiar with the research, planning, implementation and evaluation processes in public relations and advertising and they will have the competency to create campaigns, present them effectively and write reports.
The graduates will have the ability to effectively use information technology and produce new and original ideas with a critical and inquisitive perspective.
