Students who are educated with a wide range of practice-oriented curriculum graduate with the qualifications to open and manage an independent workplace as well as working in one place. While they work with or I their own businesses, they prepare the food lists of the place, manage the supply of the necessary materials, take care of the entire equipment and manage other employees for the production of food according to a specific plan.
